SPINWHEEL HANGER
INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:
1) Determine door size/header height based on dimensions shown at right and clearance required below door. Insert body-wheel assemblies into track and secure track to header.
2) Locate top plates: A 3/8" clearance hole is required for the adjustment "T" bolt. This hole should be centered on the door thickness and approximately 4-6 inches in from door edge. Secure top plates with # 10 flat head screws provided.
3) Thread 5/16" hex jam nut onto "T" bolt. Slide SPINWHEEL-NUT under top plate and thread T bolt into nut through top plate centre hole.
4) Raise door and slide "T" bolt into slot in hanger body. Rotate SPINWHEEL to adjust height and plumb (lifting door slightly to reduce weight on hanger will permit easier rotation of SPINWHEEL). Once height and plumb adjustments have been made, lock "T" bolt to top plate with hex nut.
5) Simply lift and pull stud out from hanger to disengage door!!!
6) An extra hex nut (included) may be installed to prevent easy removal if desired.
