This new simplified folding door hardware operates smoothly, quiet and is lifetime guaranteed. Care must be taken to ensure that frame is square and doors plumb. Action will bind if installation is not carefully measured and levelled. Start assembly of units as shown in Step 1 (back of page).
Above is shown the rear view of four panel doors with flush mounted hinges (hinges not supplied). Alternative style of hinging is to mortise and attach to edge of door allowing 1/16" clearance between doors when closed.
Plan shows allowance between panels, frame and meeting edges for ¾" doors - allow ¼" on meeting edge (between doors - not panels) when using 1 3/8" doors.
For 2 panel opening for ¾" to 1 3/8" doors.

SPECIFICATIONS
Step 1 Determine door size - allow approx. 3/8" for clearance on each door
(based on 1 3/8" door with ¾" trim).
Step 2 Door height should be 2 ¼" less than opening height.
Step 3 Install hinges (flat back or mortise type).
Step 4 Drill doors on centre 1" - top and bottom and install pivots - top pivot
CF-100-3 - bottom pivot CF-100-4. Drill and install guide wheel ¾" in -
on centre (CF-100-6).
Step 5 Pivot plate CF-100-2 must be bolted on before installing track to header.
Install track.
Step 6 Fold doors and insert top pivot and wheel into track - plumb door with
wrench on bottom pivot adjusting slide. Adjust height with bottom pivot
nut. Attach aligner straps.
NOTE: Wheel cannot slip out when door is extended as track has beaded interior edge.
