Shortages and Returned Goods
Notification of short shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Goods are not to be returned without the prior approval and consent in writing from the factory. There will be a handling charge of 25% on goods returned.
Goods must be in a resaleable condition.
Customer must pay for all return freight charges
Special Orders
No exchange or refund.
A charge of $.50 per hole for custom drilling.
A charge of $2.00 per foot for ripping all thresholds (minimum charge $20.00).
